Founded by the Shehade family which has over 35 years of expertise in health, allied health and the disability and aged care sectors, we are able to assist Participants to understand what they are, or may be, eligible to receive under the NDIS.
We aim to support Participants by ensuring we have the services that help to improve their quality of life and maintain their independence.

Personal Care – feel your best and maintain dignity and independence
Pearl Disability Care offers the following personal care services to assist you to maintain independence at home.
Self-Care and Hygiene

Assistance with Eating
Dressing and Undressing
We understand that even where an individual has family or friends who are willing to assist with these activities, they may prefer more discreet assistance so they may retain their dignity.
Domestic Assistance – maintain your home environment
Our experienced support workers assist with domestic tasks around the house that are difficult to complete on your own, due to your disability. They will consult with you to understand what you require and how to best meet your needs. Tasks may include:
Vacuuming, Sweeping & Mopping
Dusting
Ironing
Laundry
Gardening
Cleaning bathrooms and toilet areas
Changing bed linen
Skills development to learn household management skills
Nursing Support – support from trained health care professionals
We provide nursing services related to your disability and which assist you to improve your long-term wellbeing. They are usually delivered over a short period of time and stop once your capacity to manage your own care has been built or your short-term medical needs have ended.

Pressure Wound Care
Wound Management
Our nurses work closely with support workers, GPs, specialists, social services, hospitals and other healthcare staff to provide a service tailored to meet your needs.
