Meet the Team

Sarah Marold

Managing Director

Sarah is a long-term Gladstone local with over 7 years experience in the community aged care sector. Sarah has a strong management background and has an extensive tertiary education, including Bachelor of Science (Psychology), Certificate III Individual Support (Aged), Certificate III Health Services Assistance, and Certificate IV Education Support. Sarah is excited to provide compassionate and professional services to Aged and Disability customers within the Gladstone region.

Veronica Tyler

Consumer Care Coordinator

Veronica (Ronnie) has lived in the Gladstone region since 2000. She has a strong administration background but after a career move, decided she wanted to be a Support Worker in the Aged and Disability sector. Ronnie has extensive knowledge of the Community Home Support Program and looks forward to expanding her experience with Pearl.
